Depending

on

the

headset and

phone

combination

you

are using,

when

you

wish

to

reconnect

to

the

radio after being away

from

it

the

following

procedures should

be

followed.

• Turn

on

the

RKCBBT,

if

the

headset automatically connects, proceed

as

normal.

It

may take 20 seconds

for

the

radio and headset

to

connect.

Because

the

headset

and

RKCBBT

connection

wants

to

be

the

primary

connection,

the

radio may

not

connect

with

the

headset

if

the

headset is currently connected

to

a phone.

•

If

the

radio does

not

automatically

connect

to

the

headset:

(a)

Turn

off

the

power

to

the

RKCBBT.

(b) Turn

off

the

power

to

the

headset.

(c)

Turn

off

the

phone

BLUETOOTH®

function.

(d) Turn

on

the

RKCBBT.

(e)

Turn

on

the

headset.

(f) Wait

for

the

RKCBBT

and

the

headset

to

pair (this may take 20 seconds).

(g) Turn back

on

the

phone

BLUETOOTH®

function.

(h) Connect

the

phone

to

the

headset.

You are

now

be ready

to

go.
