■ Why is my recorded video blurry?
 The driving recorder lens maybe remains finger print. Clean with a lens cleaner or eyeglass
cloth.
 You need to routine clean up both the exterior and interior windshield.
 You need to routine clean up the driving recorder lens with a lens cleaner.
■ Why does the screen shows “Memory full”?
When “Memory full” message appears, it means the system detects that your SDHC memory
card may have some error sectors, so it cannot write videos into it. Try one of the following
steps:
o Press button to record.
o Format your SDHC memory card (see page 19).
o Replace your SDHC memory card with a new one, if it happened frequently. It means
your SDHC memory card have many bad sectors and cannot be repaired, it is no longer
reliable to be used.
■ I use a Class 10 SDHC memory card, but when I play the video, it lags a little on my
computer screen.
 This is due to the data transfer rate between the driving recorder to your computer or the card
reader on your computer too slow. Your computer speed may also be too slow.
 You may copy the video files to your computer, then direct play the videos on your computer.
■ Why does my driving recorder screen freeze?
 The driving recorder cannot write video file into your SDHC memory card while recording video.
The SDHC memory card may have bad sector(s) and caused the driving recorder turns self-
protection mode.
