Beforetakingashower,makesureyouhaveplentyof
freshwaterandthe greywater tank is not full. With
fullhook‐up,makesurethecitywateratthecampsite
is on and the drain valve of the grey water tank is
open.
Theshowerheadhasawatersavingfeaturewithanon/offvalvebuiltintotheshowerheadto
reduce thewaterconsumptionduringdrycamping.

All motor homes are equipped with a flush toilet. Flushing the toilet requires water pressure
fromtheinternalwaterpumporcitywaterconnection.Beforeusingthetoiletensureyouhave
waterpressure!
Flushingthetoiletisdoneeitherbypullingaleveronthesideofthestoolorwithafootpedal.
Alwaysuseplentyofwatertoflush.
NEVERthrowforeignobjectsintothetoilet(NOKleenex,napkinsorfemininehygieneproducts,
etc.).Theseobjectsmayplug‐upthepipesandmakedumpingimpossible.
It is importantafter using the toilet the first time on an empty holding tank (either after you
pickedupthemotorhomeorafterdumpingthewastewater)tomake suretoflushdownsome
toilet chemical. Special waste water chemicals can be purchased at many campgrounds,
campingsupplystoresoratWal‐Mart.
Wastewater
Themotorhomehastwoseparatewastewaterorholdingtanks:
‐‘Greywater’–kitchenandbathroomsinksaswellasshower
‐ ‘Black water’ – toilet and sometimes bathroom sink. Black water needs some treatment to
preventfoulodorsandtodissolvesolids.
The waste water tank drain valves are usually on the driver side of the vehicle. Some models
haveasecondblackwatervalveonthepassengerside.
