Shut off output voltage, the power supply will recover after the power is turned
on again

(1) When output voltage exceeds above over voltage protection value or reversal
voltage occurs, the protection will be started and the output voltage will be cut
off in order to protect the power supply;
(2) The power supply will recover after the power is turned on again
