Instructions:
1. Access to the power supply
①Plug it in.
②Push the switch to “hot air” after the surroundings are confirmed safe.
2. Operation
①The work can begin when the hot air is blowing out.
②Keep the item to be heated at a proper distance and blow the hot air to the item evenly.
3. After operation
①Push the switch to “air supply” and ensure the tool runs for more than three minutes so that its temperature drops down.
②After the temperature has dropped, push the switch to "off".
③Unplug the tool.
4. Storage after use.
Keep the tool in a dry place.
Continuous operating limit:
Don't run the tool continuously for more than two hours.
After using the tool, switch to "air supply" and keep it for more than three minutes. Then switch to "off" and let the tool rest
for more than 30 minutes.
The life of its engine and heater is approximately 300 hours.
If the engine makes abnormal sounds during use or the tool can't operate, stop the use immediately and turn to the vendor
or the customer consultation center.
Main usage:
Processing of heat-shrink tubing.
When processing the heat-shrink tubing, ensure the tool is 10~60MM away.(Adjust the heating time and distance
according to different tube materials and thickness)
Label removal.
Keep heating the label with hot air and remove the label slowly from its corner .
Shrinkage of heat-shrink bags.
Put the item (such as a CD case, etc.) into a heat-shrink bag. Then seal the bag and blow the hot air following the direction
of the arrows to shrink it.
For processing plastics, bamboo, etc.
