Operation
Press the "ON/OFF RESET" button to switch on the IR water sensor. To fill large containers (e.g. buckets) press the "ON/OFF RESET" button once and the
IR water sensor will switch to manual mode. After 3 minutes or after pressing the "ON/OFF RESET" button again, the IR water sensor is activated again and
switches to automatic mode. If the battery status is low, the LED will turn orange, if the battery is empty, the LED will turn red.

Attention:
Not suitable for unpressurised boilers (e.g. under-sink boilers, flow heaters as well as oil, coal, gas and bath stoves). Turn off the tap during longer periods of
absence (e.g. holidays). Keep the device surface clean and dry. Do not clean with water! Use a damp cloth. Do not immerse the IR water sensor in water or
other liquids. Do not operate the IR water sensor above a water temperature of 82°C. If the water sensor starts up by itself, clean the sensor and then press
and hold the "ON/OFF RESET" button for 5 seconds.

a) Automatic adjustment (5-25cm)
Green light
1. Switch off the device
2. Press the RESET button until the green LED starts
flashing (about 5 seconds)
3. Let go of the button. The green LED will stop flashing
after 10 seconds
4. Switch on the device
b) manual range adjustment
1. Switch off the device
2. Determine the distance with your
hand
3. Press the RESET button with
your other hand until the green LED
starts flashing (about 5 seconds)
4. Release the button. Keep your
other hand still at the desired
interval until the LED stops flashing
(about 10s)
5. You have now set the new range
6. Switch on the device
