11 SETTINGS
The Settings view contains our address for
correspondence, contact phone and fax numbers,
official website address, e-mail address as well as
information about the software version and
software release date.
When you want to change video directory just click
on the button and select new path. All video
files will be moved into new directory.
If you encounter any issue with the application,
please export its logs and send to the RN Vision
support. To export logs please click the
button and choose a directory where the logs will
be exported. The logs are exported to the file with a
name like:
DiagAndUsageData_RNAnalyzerForWindows_X_
X_XXXXX.zip Please send logs by email to
[e-mail] with a short description of
encountered issues.
