The body of gas

sampling cell is made of

anodized aluminum alloy

(Fig. 3.3). It has two gas

inlets with 5.0 mm

internal diameter.

The gas sampling cell

can be easily

disassembled for service

of internal optics (mirrors

and optopair). For this purpose both the top and bottom

covers can be removed and the optical components

extracted out.

The gas sampling cell design is shown in Fig. 3.4.
