User can select OOS (Out of System) or IS (In System) to turn on or off the external clock input.
When the EOC (External Optional Clock) connection has failed or the External Cock module is not installed, the
configuration will not show.

If the External Clock Module is bounded, the EquipState will be
Equipped, in other words, Unequipped will be shown while the module is
absent.
External Clock Monitoring Screen
If the External Clock Module is installed, the EquipStatus will show as Equipped, and Unequipped will be
shown when the module is absent.
