PEDESTALS (TYPE -06, -07) Enclosures
RLH Type 06 and 07 Semi-Buried Pedestal enclosures, include treated plywood backboard, Lockable covers with hex head self-
locking system and padlock hasp. These pedestals stand approx. 36” tall when the base is buried. Typically, mounting stakes or
platforms are not required for installation.
These pedestals have enough room to install a 12-card Fiber Optic Link housing. A pre-wired copper terminal is provided. Pedestals
are constructed of all-dielectric plastic with a steel support frame.
Standard Specifications
CONSTRUCTION: GR-13 compliant all-dielectric LLDPE molded plastic with treated plywood backboard.
MOUNTING STYLE: Type -06: Semi-buried, 26" X 20" footprint (approx.), 36” tall (approx.) when buried.
Type -07: Semi-buried, 36" X 24" footprint (approx.), 36” tall (approx.) when buried.
INTERIOR MOUNTING: Type -06: 20-1/2"W x 16-1/4"H x 3/4" treated plywood backboard with 6-3/8” mounting depth on front of
backboard, 4-3/4” mounting depth on back. Type -07: 28"W x 29"H x 3/4" treated plywood backboard with 7”
mounting depth on front of backboard, 8” mounting depth on back.
INCLUDED: Pre-wired gel filled IDC copper terminal with feedback loop tool, spring lock and padlock hasp, vents, ground lug
connections.
OPTIONS: 5, 8 or 12 card Fiber Optic Link housing, 3-element gas tube protection
