RS-232 SERIAL DATA
The Fiber Optic Link RS-232 Serial Data interface card converts a RS-232 DB-9 port (DTE or
DCE) to an optical transmission signal for transmission over either multimode of single-mode fiber.
The RS-232 system provides half or full duplex operation, loop capability for remote fiber testing,
and informative LED indicators for status monitoring.
2 WIRE DIGITAL PHONE
The Fiber Optic Link Digital Phone System processes incoming bipolar signal connecting a digital
phone set (TEL) and switch or PBX. The Digital Phone card has an informative LED display for
status monitoring. The Digital Phone Fiber Optic Link system is compatible with most commonly
used key systems including Nortel Meridian, Avaya, Panasonic and Samsung DCS.
