Operation
Normal Operation
1. Start up the GX-94 and enter normal operation as described
in the GX-94 manual.
2. Place the sample adapter onto the GX-94’s sensor diffusion
screen aligning the thumbscrew with the thr eaded hole in the
middle of the screen. Tighten the thumbscrew enough to
hold the sample adapter firmly on the GX-94.
CAUTION: If the sample adapter is not held down firmly by the
thumbscrew, the unit will not respond to the target gases
properly.
3. Connect the coiled hose to the sample adapter and to the
exhaust fitting on the pump unit.
