Pricing Policy:
All goods are priced Net FOB, Orange, California, USA. Prices and products are subject to change. Please inquire for most recent
pricing. Contact us if you have any questions.
Payment:
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and accounts. We will also take cash, checks drawn on a US Bank, wire
transfers, and cashiers checks as forms of payment. If using a Letter of Credit, there will be an additional bank fee of $350USD per
LC. Some items may require a deposit before being manufactured.
Shipping:
Shipments will be shipped best available method or per your instructions. Several shipping methods are available. Shippers we
prefer to use are UPS, DHL, FedEx, U.S. Post and Kintetsu. All orders are shipped complete unless otherwise specified.
Products:
If you cannot find a product in our catalog, or are unsure if we can supply a product, please inquire. We have many products which
are not listed, but are still available.
Repairs:
We can do most repairs, however we have an initial bench fee of $25 which is due before the inspection. If we repair the
instrument the bench fee will be applied towards the final repair.
