System Requirements

To use the GX-2012 Data Logger Management Program, your personal

computer must meet the following requirements:

• Operating Systems: Windows

XP, Windows

Vista, or Windows

• Processor: IBM

compatible PC running Pentium

2 or higher.

• Memory: 32 MB RAM minimum

• Available Hard Disk Space: 32 MB minimum

• CD-ROM Drive

• Infrared port or

USB port and a USB/IrDA adapter cable

Installing the GX-2012 Data Logger

Management Program

1. Launch Windows

2. Exit from all applications and open windows.

3. There are two ways to install the GX-2012 Data Logger Management

Program: by using the GX-2012 Product CD or by using the GX-2012

Data Logger Management Program Installation CD.

• If you are using the GX-2012 Product CD, insert the Product CD in

your computer’s CD-ROM drive. The CD will automatically open

revealing several folders. Open the Data Logger Program folder,

double click on setup.exe, then continue with step 4.

• If you are using the GX-2012 Data Logger Management Program

Installation CD, it will automatically begin the installation process.

Insert it in your computer’s CD-ROM drive, then continue with

step 4.
