When the User Setup Program is first launched, the Read
Command control butt ons are blan ked out. They become active
when an instrument is connected to the program.
Instrument Information
Use Instrument Information to load a connected instrument’s
parameter configuration into the User Setup Program so it can
be updated if desired. Follow these steps to retrieve a
connected instrument’s parameter configuration and update
parameters tha t are available in the GX-2009 Status area :
1. Launch the GX-2009 User Setup Pro gram as described in
“Launching the Program” on page 14.
2. Connect the GX-2009 to the User Setup Program as
described in “Connecting a GX-2009 to the U ser Setup
Program” on page 15.
3. With the Read Command Buttons now active, click
Instrume nt Infor mat i on to retrieve the instrument’s
parameter configuration. The program indicates that it is
