(4) Alarm hold function
In the alarm hold function, the alarm function is kept invalid even if the measured value (PV) is in
the alarm range when the power is on or the operation mode is switched to Run from Stop. The
alarm function is held until the measured value (PV) goes out of the alarm state once.

When high alarm with hold action is used for alarm function, alarm does not turn on
while hold action is in operation. Use in combination with a high alarm without hold
action in order to prevent overheating which may occur by failure of control devices,
such as welding of relays.
