7. Attach the top of the right armrest (8) and the top of the left
armrest (9) to the rear seat supports (6) using two 5/16 x 18 x
3-1/4 IN bolts (31), 5/16 IN washers (37) and 5/16 IN locknuts (35).
Make sure that the seat posts are pointing inwards. SEE FIGURE 5.
NOTE: Make sure that the armrests are attached to the second
holes above the upper tree blade frame. If the TearTu
™
backrest
has slid over the holes, you may need to loosen the hardware of
the backrest spreader to slide the backrest upwards. The washer
between the armrest and the seat support should not rest on the
mesh, slide mesh up until washer contacts only metal.
8. Attach the bottom of the right armrest (8) and the bottom of the
left armrest (9) to the rear platform (2) using two 5/16 x 18 x 3-1/4
IN bolts (31) and 5/16 IN locknuts (35). SEE FIGURE 5.
9. Attach the seat (10) to the rear seat supports (6) between the
armrests and upper tree blade using two 5/16-18 x 2-1/2 IN bolts
(30), eight yellow M8 plastic washers (39) and two 5/1 IN locknuts
(35). SEE FIGURE 6.
NOTE: Hardware should be arranged from the outside to the
inside as follows: 5/16-18 x 2-1/2 IN bolt (30), yellow washer
(39), rear seat support (6), two yellow washers (39), seat (10),
yellow washer (39), 5/16in locknut (35).
