ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Carefully layout all parts in a line on a smooth surface.
2. Install bulb(s) (not included).
CAUTION
- Refer to the wattage caution label located near the lamp holder for the maximum
wattage-do not exceed the wattage.
3. Press the spring clip by fingers and insert the lamp holder into the ring on the bottom of the
luminaire.
WARNING
- Do not attempt to replace the bulb while the lamp is plugged into a wall receptacle.
Insert plug into wall receptacle.
Note:
1.This stained glass product has been
protected with mineral oil as part of the finishing process. Please use a soft dry cloth to
remove any excess oil.
2. The above diagram illustrates the installation of your new luminaire. This is a representative

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a safety feature to
reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug
does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.
Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.
