Getting Started Before first use • Unpack the appliance but keep all packaging materials until you have made sure your new Whoopie Pie maker is undamaged and in good working order. Plastic wrapping can be a suffocation hazard for babies and young children, so ensure all packaging materials are out of their reach. • Read this manual to familiarise yourself with all the parts and operating principles of the Whoopie Pie maker. Pay particular attention to the safety instructions on the previous pages.
Instructions Baking Whoopie Pies 1. Preheating: Before you can start baking your whoopie pies, your Whoopie Pie Maker must have reached the correct temperature. Plug it into a power point and close the cooking plates, preheating will take approximately 6-8 minutes. The red power indicator will illuminate, indicating that there is power to the unit. The green ‘Ready’ indicator will illuminate once it has reached the correct baking temperature. 2.
Other Useful Information Care and cleaning • After use, unplug the Whoopie Pie Maker from the power outlet before cleaning. Grip the plug, do not pull on the cord. • Let the appliance cool down. While it is still warm, but safe to touch, wipe any batter off the cooking surfaces with paper towel or with a soft cloth or brush, if required. CAUTION: Never use sharp objects, metal utensils or hard brushes for scraping off baked on batter, as you may damage the non-stick coated surface in the process.
