These buttons can be re-programmed for one of several functions
refer to page 18.

1. On-Off / Volume Knob
Turn clockwise to turn the radio ON. Turn fully
counter clockwise to turn OFF. Rotate to adjust
volume.
2. Push to Talk Button (PTT)
Push and hold to transmit; release to listen.
3. Up/ Down Scroll Buttons
4. LED Indicator
Lights RED while transmitting.
Lights Green while receiving a call.
5. LCD Display
6. Keypad Lock/Menu
Keypad Lock function is permanently assigned to
this button in normal operation. Also serves as Menu Button in
programming mode. See additional notes on page 11.
