Click the Select All button and you should now see:
Notice that submeshing the plates has added new joints along the existing beam
members. These are automatically attached with the physical member feature.
The plates are shown at 80%, which can be adjusted in the Plot Options. The
shrink factors only apply to the length and width of the plates, not the thickness.
The full thickness is always shown.
Viewing Plates
On the Window toolbar first click on the Joint Labels button which will
remove the labels from the model view. Now click on and select the tab
marked “Plates”.
