[ DL ] DUAL TIME FUNCTION:

This function is very useful should you travel away from

home to another time zone.

TO SET THE DUAL TIME.

Use the MODE button to advance to the Dual Time mode. (Note: You have

60 seconds to complete each setting, if longer is taken the watch

automatically returns to the prior setting and you must start again.)

• Press and hold the SET button for 2 seconds, the hours will flash.

Press MODE to advance the hour.

• Push SET button, the minutes will flash. Press MODE to advance the

minutes.

• Push SET button, 12HR OR 24HR will flash. Press MODE to choose the

setting you want.

• Push SET button, the Time will be locked in.

[ ST ] Stopwatch (Chronograph):

Use the MODE button to advance to the Stopwatch

mode.

• Push the SET button, the stopwatch will start to

count up.

• Push SET button, the stopwatch will stop counting.

• Press and hold the SET button for 2 seconds, the stopwatch will reset

to zero.

Push the light button at any time and the light will stay on for 3 seconds.
