How to Upgrade Your RioVolt
SP250:

How to Upgrade Your RioVolt SP250:
Periodically, new RioVolt firmware is released to provide additional features or to support improved music
formats. Check out www.riohome.com to determine if new firmware is available.
To upgrade the RioVolt SP250:
1. Download the new firmware from the the www.riohome.com.
2. Burn the unzipped file onto a Data CD with your CD-ROM Writer.
NOTE: The RioVolt will not play music contained on a CD that also has the upgrade
firmware.
3. Place the CD in the RioVolt SP250 and press the Play/Pause button to start the RioVolt.
The RioVolt SP250 player will find the firmware, upgrade itself, and then turn off.
4. Remove the CD from the RioVolt.
The upgrade is complete. You may now resume using your RioVolt player.
