Alarm Pro uses
two
apps
You
will
use the Ring
app
to
set
up
Alarm Pro
and
other
Ring devices
and
features,
and
you
use the eero
app
to
set
up
and
manage
your
wifi network.
If
you already have an account
with
Ring
and/or
eero,
gather
your
account
logins
and
passwords, and check
that
you're
using
the
latest version
of
each app.

If
you're
new
to
Ring,
download
the
Ring - Always
Home
app,
and
create
your
Ring account.
If
you're
new
to
eero,
download
the
eero app.
If
you need
help
while
setting
up
your
Alarm
Pro, visit ring.com/alarm-pro.
Setting
up
Ring Alarm Pro
1.
Open
the
Ring app, and
tap
on
the
upper
left
corner
to
open
the menu.
2.
Tap Set Up a Device.
3. Tap Security.
4. Tap Alarm Pro Base Station.
5.
Select a Location,
or
add
a
new
one.
The first
time
your
Ring Alarm Pro is
plugged
in,
it
will automatically
begin
a software
update
which may take a
few
minutes. Follow
the
steps
in
the
Ring app,
and
watch the video.
Note:
If
you already have a Ring Alarm
at
this location
and
want
to
upgrade
your
base
station
to
Ring Alarm Pro, you'll
be
prompted
to
complete
those steps first.
