Q: What is Ring Protect?
Ring Protect is a subscription service that stores videos of every
event your Ring products capture.
Videos are stored for up to 60 days and can be downloaded for
long-term storage.
Q: Why do I want it?
Out of the box, your Ring lets you interact with visitors and
monitor your property in real time.
If you'd like to be able to review your Ring videos anyt i me and
share them with anyone, Ring Protect is for you.
Q: How much does it cost?
Ring Protect Basic covers one Ring device, like your new Ring
Stick Up Cam. It costs just $3 per month or $30 per year.
Ring Protect Plus covers all Ring devices at one property and
provides many added extras. It costs $1 O per month or $100 per
year.
Q: How do I sign up?
To subscribe, visit: ring.com/recording .
Once there, log into your Ring account choose a Ring Protect
Plan, and follow the on-screen instructions to subscribe.
