Unpacking Your package contains the following items. Speedbox Speedring Bracket Rimelite/Bowens Adapter.
Setup Pull each rod downward into the speedring until fully engaged. Mount bracket onto the tilting bracket then tighten it. Connect the speedbox to the bracket. The two locking screws on Tighten the locking screws. the speedbox should be located under speedring's opening.
Mount the speedbox to either a bracket. light stand or tripod. Then Readjust the speedlight or bracket to ensure that the speedlight is attach the speedlight to the mounting shoe. Adjust as needed. centered within the opening of the speedring. How to fold up 7 Disconnect the flash from the speedbox then remove the bracket Place the speedbox on the clean floor with showing the speedring from the speedbox then grab strongly the each end buttons.
