:STATus Commands
The :STATus commands and
IEEE 488.2 Common Commands are used to operate or query the status
registers. The structure of the status register is shown in the following figure. The STATus commands are
used to set and query the questionable status register and operation status register. IEEE488.2 common
commands can be used to operate on the standard event status register and status byte register.
