Description
Enables or disables the Max Hold.
Queries the on/off status of the Max Hold.

Remarks
When the Max Hold is enabled (i.g. the SSC function is enabled), the signal captured each time will be
compared with the last captured signal, whichever the larger value will be displayed as the max hold trace.

The query returns 0 or 1.
