Remarks
When the trigger condition is "PGLess" or "NGLess" (refer to the :TRIGger:PULSe:WHEN command), the
lower limit of the pulse width must be smaller than the upper limit of the current pulse width (refer to
the :TRIGger:PULSe:UWIDth command).
Return Format
The query returns the lower limit of the pulse width in scientific notation.

Sets or queries the source channel of Pulse trigger.
