Syntax
:MEASure:VPP:SMAXimum? <chan>
Description
Query the statistic maximum of the peak-peak values of the selected waveform.

The unit depends on the unit of the source channel (refer to

:CHANnel<n>:UNITs command).
Return Format
The query returns the measurement result in scientific notation.
