Description
Set the screen end point of waveform analysis.
Query the current screen end point of waveform analysis.

The screen end point set should be greater than the “screen start+10” currently set
(refer to the
:FUNCtion:WANalyze:SETup:SSTart command).
Return Format
The query returns an integer between 15 and 695.
