To change the Volts/Div settings
The Volts/Div control has Coarse or Fine configuration. The Vertical Sensitivity is
2mv/div - 10V/div.
Coarse: It is the default setting of Volts/Div in a 1-2-5-step sequence from 2mV/div,
5mV/div, 10mV/div, to 10 V/div.
Fine: This setting changes the vertical scale to small steps between the coarse
settings. It will be helpful to adjust the waveform in smooth steps.

To change Coarse/Fine setting, not only by menu operation but also by
pressing vertical knob.
