Function:
The command queries and sets the offset of NULL calculation.

Explanations:
:calculate:REL:offset?: Query the offset of NULL calculation.
:calculate:REL:offset□{<range>|MIN|MAX|DEF|CURR}:Set the offset of NULL
calculation.
The range varies with both measuring type and range (see Table 3-10). Each
value could reach to the sixth digit after decimal. MAX denotes maximum
effective value and MIN denotes minimum effective value. All the values are only
apply to current measuring function.
