Function:
The command queries and sets the category of system language.
Explanations:
:system:language?: Query the category of system language
:system:language□{CHINESE|ENGLISH}: Set the category of system language .
―CHINESE‖ means the system language is chinese, ―ENGLISH‖ means english.
Return Format:
The query returns chinese or english, denoting respectively current system
language is Chinese or English.
