Function:
The command sets or queries the voltage range in frequency measurement.

[SENSe:]FREQuency:VOLTage:RANGe[:UPPer]□{<range>|MIN|MAX|DEF}: Set
the voltage range in frequency measurement. <range> may be 200 mV, 2 V, 20 V,
200 V, 750 V, MIN = 200 mA, MAX = 750 V. Unit is V, so 200 mA should be input
in form of 0.2.
[SENSe:]FREQuency:VOLTage:RANGe[:UPPer]? □ [{MIN|MAX}]: Query the
voltage range in frequency measurement.
The max range of AC voltage is 750 V (rms), voltage RMS is determined by
waveform.
Return Format:
The query returns the voltage range in frequency measurement.
