resolution of 4WR measurement. In default of <resolution>, the rate is medium.

measurement.
2-wire and 4-wire resistance function both are influenced by the command. All
the command of 2WR and 4WR will have influence over the setting of resistance.
Return Format:
The query returns the resolution of 4WR measurement.
