3. Manual Trigger
When manual trigger is selected, the generator can output infinite or gated
burst. A burst will be generated from the corresponding channel (if currently
turned on) once you press Trigger. If the corresponding channel is not turned
on, Trigger will be grayed out and disabled.
Press TrigOut to select “Leading” or “Trailing” and the [CH1/Sync/Ext
Mod/Trig/FSK] connector at the rear panel will output the trigger signal with
specified edge.
Idle Level
In burst mode, the generator output the carrier waveform with specified number of
cycles and then output a level, as shown in the figure below. The level is defined as
idle level.
Figure 2-13 Definition of Idle Level
When Burst is enabled, press Idle Level to select your desired menu to set the idle
level. The default value is 0V.
1. FirstPt
Set the level of the first point of the carrier waveform as the idle level.
2. Top
Set the level of the top point of the carrier waveform as the idle level.
3. Center
Set the level of the center point of the carrier waveform as the idle level.
4. Bottom
Set the level of the bpttom point of the carrier waveform as the idle level.
5. Diy
Set the level of the specified point of the carrier waveform as the idle level.
Select this menu and rotate the knob. The serial number of the point currently
selected is displayed on the left of the interface. The range of the serial number
