The detailed information of each command are:
1. FSK:SOURce
Command

FSK:SOURce {INTernal|EXTernal}
Function
Select internal or external modulation source, the default is INT.
Example

2. FSK:SOURce?

FSK:SOURce?
Function
Query the modulation source of FSK.
Return Value
The query returns INT or EXT.
3. FSK:FREQuency
Command
Format
FSK:FREQuency {<frequency>|MINimum|MAXimum}
Function
Set the hop frequency of FSK in Hz.
Example
FSK:FREQ 10
4. FSK:FREQuency?

FSK:FREQuency?
Function
Query the hop frequency of FSK.
Return Value
The query returns the hop frequency of FSK in the form of
scientific notation, such as: 1.000000e+01.
5. FSK:INTernal:RATE
Command
Format
FSK:INTernal:RATE {<rate>|MINimum|MAXimum}
Function
Set the rate at which the output frequency “shifts” between the
carrier and hop frequency, the unit is Hz.
Explanations
Rate range: 2mHz～50kHz
