Function
Query the frequency of internal modulation of PM.
Return Value
The query returns the internal modulation frequency of PM in the
form of scientific notation, such as: 2.000000e+02.

Function
Set the phase deviation of PM and in degree.
Explanations
Phase deviation range: 0°～360°

Query the phase deviation of PM.
Return Value
