Function
Query the frequency of internal modulation of FM.
Return Value
The query returns the percent of the frequency of FM internal
modulation in the form of scientific notation, such as:

Function
Set the frequency deviation of peak value of FM in Hz.

Query the frequency deviation of peak value of FM.
