After his retirement from an extended career in Major League Baseball, Jason Christiansen’s passion for a better light became more than just a garage hobby when he started the search for the best light option while customizing his Polaris Ranger. When introduced to new innovative forward projecting LED technology, Jason realized this was a game changer in the off-road lighting industry. At the time, everyone thought the idea of a square and rectangular light would not fly.
As the company grew, Jason, Taylor, Seth and Steve focused on manufacturing, distribution, and sales. To help accomplish their goals, they brought on a fifth partner, Dave Davis, who helped take Rigid Industries to a whole new level in the sales department and developed a worldwide distribution model. In 2014, Rigid Industries added a third location; a business service center in Gilbert, AZ. With growth from 150 to 260 loyal employees, recognition for the second consecutive year from Inc.
