STEP 1 FIGURE 1 Remove the (2) 5mm head bolts from the fender well as well as the (2) plastic clips, then remove the inner fender well. See Figures 1, 1.1 FIGURE 1.1 STEP 2 FIGURE 2 Remove the bracket my removing the (4) 15mm head bolts and set aside the bracket and bolts to re-install later. See Figure 2 STEP 3 Unplug the harness from the factory fog light.

STEP 4 FIGURE 4 Using a stubby phillip screw driver, remove the adjustment screw and spring from the factory fog light. See Figures 4, 4.1 FIGURE 4.1 STEP 5 FIGURE 5 Using a pick or flat head screw driver, lift tab up on each side of the factory fog light and push the fog light out towards the front of the truck to remove. See Figure 5 STEP 6 OPTIONAL STEP - Paint carriage bolt heads black for a clean look.

STEP 7 FIGURE 7 Install the RIGID D-Series onto the bracket as shown by laying them on a flat surface, while pressing down on the lights and bracket, tighten the nuts from the back side. Once installed, use the provided hardware and install it from the inner fender well. Using a ½” wrench, tighten the nuts as shown below. See Figures 7, 7.1, 7.2 FIGURE 7.1 FIGURE 7.2 STEP 8 Once lights are installed on the bracket, run the harnesses through the bracket as shown.

STEP 9 Once all fasteners are tight, reverse removal process. Wiring: Wire your lights according to the instructions included with the light. Take care to avoid any heat sources and sharp or abrasive surfaces. Your installation is now complete. Welcome to the Rigid Nation!
