INDICATOR
 Lift the miter lock lever to unlock the miter table.
 Press the miter detent bypass until it clicks. Release to
bypass the detent function.

Rotate the miter table until the pointer is at the 15
°
position on the miter scale.

Using a 4 mm hex key, loosen the 5 screws that hold the
miter scale/detent plate in place.

Rotate the miter table until the blade is parallel with the
framing square.

Push the miter lock lever down to lock the miter table.
 Press the miter detent bypass until it clicks. Release to
engage the detent function.

Rotate the miter scale to the 0
°
position on the miter scale
or until the detent engages in the detent plate.

Tighten the 4 visible screws that secure the miter scale/
detent plate.

Lift the miter lock lever to unlock the miter table.
 Press the miter detent bypass button until it clicks, then
rotate the miter table to the 15
°
position on the miter
scale.

Tighten the remaining screw to secure the miter scale/
detent plate. Check blade squareness to fence and
readjust if necessary.
Your saw has several scale indicators. After squaring
adjustments have been made, it may be necessary to loosen
the indicator screws and reset them to zero. See Figures
23 - 24.
