during a meeting.
Before moving the machine, mute the
microphone of your machine. After you
finish moving the machine, cancel
mute.

speaker is placed too close
to the air outlet of the
machine.
When using an external microphone
speaker, keep it away from the air
outlet of the machine.
The sound is distorted. If the audio from the other
party is too loud or the
speaker volume of the
machine is raised
excessively, the audio might
become distorted.
