Specifying Delivery Destinations
This section explains how to specify delivery destinations.
Selecting Destinations Registered in the Delivery Server’s
Address Book
This section explains how to select destinations registered in the delivery serv-
er’s address book
You can select a delivery destination registered in Destination List of the deliv-
ery server by any of the following methods:
• Select the destination from the delivery destination list
• Select the destination by entering the registration number
• Select the destination by searching in the delivery server
Selecting a destination from the Destination List
From the destination list, select a destination.
A In the destination list, press the key including the destination name.
The selected destination is highlighted and also is displayed in the destina-
tion field at the top of the screen.
Destinations are registered in the delivery server under captions. The desti-
nation list is updated automatically.
Note
❒ If the target destination does not appear, press [U] or [T] to scroll through
the destinations until it does.
❒ Depending on the security setting, some destinations may not appear in
the destination list.
