Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for installing and using InfoPrint XT according to documented
procedures and for using the product in accordance with the Ricoh Software License
Agreement (RSLA).

Software requirements
InfoPrint XT 3.4 can run on these AIX platforms:
• For InfoPrint XT with InfoPrint Manager:
– AIX 7.1 Technology Level (TL) 5 Service Pack (SP) 5 or higher (64-bit)
– AIX 7.2 Technology Level (TL) 3 or higher (64-bit)
• For InfoPrint XT with RICOH ProcessDirector:
– AIX 7.2 Technology Level (TL) 2 TL 3 Service Pack (SP) 3 or later (64-bit)
• For InfoPrint XT as a stand-alone product:
– AIX 7.1 Technology Level (TL) 5 Service Pack (SP) 5 or higher (64-bit)
– AIX 7.2 Technology Level (TL) 3 or higher (64-bit)

– Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.0 or later (64–bit)

• For InfoPrint XT with RICOH ProcessDirector:
– Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.6 through latest 7.X
– Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.1 through latest 8.X
– SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) 12.0 with Service Pack 4 or above for x86_64 (64-
bit)
– SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) 15.0
