Release 4.11 includes resolution for these CCRs:
DE41123 (IPM3-999)
Missing stringoptions.h ICU header file makes custom compilation
of ACIF exits (apka2e, asciinpe) fail.
DE41124 (IPM3-1000) afpsplit utility fails when using page ranges and having a form
definition with more than 100 medium controls entries.
DE41084 (IPM3-997) pdlicmgm licensing utility crashes while trying to install expired
license keys.
DE41393 (IPM3-1009) afp2pdf produces bad output (PDF) when input file contains fonts
and text that have code points equal to 0 (zero).
DE41466 (IPM-2827)
Enabling Active Directory "Traverse Nested Groups" on LDAP
settings and having multiple LDAP requests from different users
over random LDAP server down conditions causes InfoPrint
Manager server to crash.

fstsecutil fails when running as root and the IPM_USER is not part
