To record sound, follow the steps below.
Turn the Mode Dial to 2

Press the shutter button.
Voice recording starts.
Half-press the shutter button to stop
recording.

This is one of file formats to store voice data.
Recording Voice Memos
The voice recording time depends on the capacity of the SD memory card.
The internal memory allows the same recording time as an 8MB SD memory card.
Recorded data is stored as a WAV file.
