User Management
You can limit the users of the machine, and restrict their use of certain functions
using user codes.
Using the User Code
The user is requested to enter a registered user code to operate the machine. You
can check the use of the machine by each user.

• You can set allowed functions for each user as shown below.
• You can output a list of usage amounts for each user.
The functions you can limit are as follows:

The counter shows the number of copies when you print a document for transmis-
sion that is stored in the document server.

When you print documents by pressing the {

{Document Server}
}}
} key, the copy counter
shows the number of copies for documents stored in copy mode, and for documents
stored in facsimile mode or printer mode.
