5.3.4 Validation Label
The Validation Label is another useful tool for evaluating overall print quality. T o generate a Valida tion Label:
 Press the Ke y.
 Us e the
FWD
Key t o scroll to ‘ Validation Label’.
 Us e the
Key to select a quantity; see Section 5.0.3.
 Press the
Key to sta r t pr inting.
5.3.5 Print Last Label
Print Last Label reprints the last label format printed. The format can be any of the Test Labels, a label from the host, or
one r ecalled fr om memory.
 Note: If a job was c ancelled prior to its completion, or if power has been remov ed since the las t print job and the request f or this label, t his select io n
will print a ‘VOID’ message.
5.3.6 User Defined Label
The User D efi ned Label rep rints f rom a list of previously printed label formats. Use t he

Key to scroll through the
listing, then use the
Key t o select and print the label.
 Note: If a job was cancelled prior to its completion, or if power has been removed since the last print job and the request for this label, ‘N O FILES
AVAI LABLE’ wi ll be displayed and no printing will occur.
